Full Time Administrative Assistant – MARC Media Group (Winter Park)

Marc Media Group is a multimedia company that is composed of radio stations, a newspaper and billboard company. We seek to engage our community by providing reliable news, enjoyable music and timely information, while connecting the community with companies who want to help meet their needs.

We are seeking an administrative assistant to help support the legal department. We need someone ready to dive in and learn, with a strong foundation in data entry and proof reading. Attention to detail is very important, as well as the ability to assist with juggling multiple projects at one time.

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

· Assists with preparing first drafts of contracts or agreements, based on provided templates

· Organizes and summarizes key provisions from contracts

· Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication

· Inputs information into our human resources management software

· Schedules meetings

· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.

· Provides information by answering questions and requests

· Assists with scheduling travel for the executive team and other leaders, as needed

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

We are looking for assistance 40 hours a week out of the Orlando office within the window of Monday through Friday.

Education and Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent education required.

· 3 years of administrative or secretarial experience

· Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

· Preferred: HRIS system experience

Other Requirements

· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record

· Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
